We need people to help in a variety of ways:-

* Transport - help with towing a caravan or a trailer
* Tent - help with putting up a marquee tent
* Security - help with looking after tents and equipment - this can be
a few hours during the daytime or night
* Music - musicians to play a musical instrument or sing
* Childrens workers - help with running games, quizes or doing bible
teaching at the childrens meetings
* Adult workers - help with leading the meeting or giving a talk
* Other - help with providing refreshments at meetings, help with using
public address system, laptop and video projector
* Prayer - Prayer is vital

If you can only help for a few days or a few hours then you are still welcome. CRB checks will be made on children’s workers. Accommodation and food is provided.

The church is located south of the main road (B6302) through the village. Turn into Evenwood Road opposite the Baptist Church. The Methodist Church is at the end of the street.
